Booking Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking:

Existing Lash Work
I accept fills over another artist’s work only if at least 50% of the extensions remain.
A $10 additional fee will apply.
If less than 50% remains, your appointment will be booked as a Full Set.

Appointment Policy
A valid credit card is required on file to secure all bookings. No deposit is required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best results.
As appointments are booked back-to-back, late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid delays for the next client. 20+ minutes late → appointment may be cancelled and charged accordingly

Guests & Environment
To maintain a calm, clean, and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments.

Lash Fills
Fill appointments are accepted within 3 weeks of your previous visit and require at least 50% lash retention.
Anything less will be considered a Full Set.

Lash Lift & Brow Services
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows.
Results may vary depending on natural hair. Proper aftercare is essential for best results.
